This Public Offer Agreement is an offer made by Viktoriya Albertovna Oganyan, a self-employed individual applying the Russian Tax on Professional Income regime, to enter into a sales agreement for author-made porcelain dolls and collectible artworks under the terms set out below.

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Offer governs the relationship between the Seller and the Customer regarding the purchase of author-made porcelain dolls and collectible artworks through viktoriyaartdoll.ru.
1.2. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of this Offer.
1.3. The Seller personally creates and sells author-made porcelain dolls, collectible artworks and decorative art pieces under the Viktoriya Art Doll brand.
1.4. Each artwork is handmade. Minor individual variations in painting, texture, clothing, accessories and other elements are natural characteristics of handmade artwork and do not, by themselves, constitute defects.
2. Product Information2.1. Product information is provided on the relevant product page.
2.2. Product descriptions may include the name, photographs, materials, dimensions, contents, price, edition size, availability and estimated production time.
2.3. Colours may vary slightly from the photographs due to lighting and individual screen settings.
2.4. Certain artworks are produced as limited editions. The edition size is stated on the relevant product page.
3. Price and Payment3.1. Prices are stated in Russian rubles unless otherwise indicated.
3.2. Shipping may be charged separately.
3.3. Payment is made using the payment method available during checkout or otherwise agreed with the Seller.
3.4. An electronic tax receipt is issued in accordance with applicable Russian legislation.
4. Orders, Pre-Orders and Production4.1. Orders may be placed through the Website or by contacting the Seller.
4.2. The Customer must provide the information necessary to fulfil the order.
4.3. Certain artworks may be offered on a pre-order basis.
4.4. The estimated production period is stated on the relevant product page or communicated before the order is confirmed.
4.5. Production time may depend on the complexity of the sculpture, porcelain production, firing, painting, clothing, accessories and other stages of the creative process.
4.6. If an artwork is created according to individual Customer requirements, the relevant terms are agreed before production begins.
5. Shipping5.1. Shipping is carried out using the method selected or agreed with the Customer.
5.2. Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier and other circumstances.
5.3. The Customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
5.4. Each porcelain doll is carefully packaged due to the fragile nature of the artwork.
5.5. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, such charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
6. Returns and Refunds6.1. Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable Russian legislation and any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Customer's country.
6.2. If an artwork has a defect, the Customer may contact the Seller:

6.3. The Customer is encouraged to provide the order number, description of the issue and photographs of the artwork and packaging where relevant.
7. Intellectual Property7.1. Photographs, texts, images, website design, the Viktoriya Art Doll logo, doll images and other Website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2. Copying or commercial use of such materials without permission from the rights holder is prohibited except where permitted by law.
8. Final Provisions8.1. Russian law applies to the relationship between the Seller and the Customer to the extent applicable.
8.2. Nothing in this Offer is intended to restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
